Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days and we will refund or exchange the item (up to the original purchase value). Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attaches and in tact. Items with deodorant or make up marks or smelling of smoke or perfume may not be returned. Sale items are non-returnable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please do not return items without first obtaining a returns number. The returns number must be clearly displayed on the front of the parcel before returning.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Postage costs incurred in returning items to us will also be refunded based on the original method of postage if you chose to have your item delivered to you by 1st class recorded or next day delivery. We regret that we cannot refund your postage costs if you chose Free Shipping at the checkout.

Faulty Items

Please use email customerservice@urban-eclectic.co.uk with details of the fault and whether you require a refund or replacement.

Please note that damages to any item due to improper care do not qualify as a fault and may not be returned.

Shipping

We currently ship to all addresses in the UK and Europe. Please allow 48 hours for dispatch.

UK and RoI shipping options:

Free Shipping: 2nd class, unrecorded. Items do not require a signature on delivery, however, Urban Eclectic cannot be held responsible for any items not received with this option.

First Class Recorded: £3 flat rate. Items will require a signature on delivery and will normally be received the day after they have been posted.

Next Day by 1pm: £6 flat rate. Items will be send by Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the day after shipping. Please be aware that if you place an order on a Friday and choose this option your package will be guaranteed my the following Monday at 1pm.

Europe shipping options:

Europe Flat Rate: £8 Items will be shipped using Royal Mail International Signed For and will normally be received within 7 days of postage.
