To report a product being cheaper on the brands own website, and to claim your Urban Eclectic store credit for the difference please email customerservice@urban-eclectic.co.uk or use the contact form on this site with 'Price Promise' as the subject and include details of the website, product, price and the date and time you saw the product on sale at a lower price. This does not include sale items on either www.urban-eclectic.co.uk or any of the brands own websites. Claims must be made within 7 days of your purchase from www.urban-eclectic.co.uk. Please note that the price difference will be given in the form of store credit for www.urban-eclectic.co.uk and will not be refunded.
